PRADA RESORT 2020

Prada Resort 2020 "Seditious Simplicity" is a collection of bags celebrating the beauty of living. Lettergram design studio worked alongside Prada team on the digital activation campaign by designing a custom web app. I took part to the project together with Erasmo Ciufo and Lettergram's creative team as Strategy Director. My duties were the development of the customer journey, the definition of the digital strategy, and the project management.

Prada Resort 2020 “Seditious Simplicity” celebrates the beauty of living, of reality, of today, of the extraordinary within the ordinary, the new inside the familiar. No longer a static, distanced image viewed through the lens of the page or the computer screen, the Prada 2020 Resort campaign steps into everyday life, subverting convention by breaking down those barriers. It debuts idiosyncratically, not only on the pages of magazines but as a disruptive experience in the real word. Tactile paper images wrap fragrant bouquets at florists in world capitals around the globe at points unexpected, unknown, unanticipated. Everyday places filled with beauty, romance, poetry and stories.

Since 1913, Prada has been synonymous with cutting-edge style. Firstly, its intellectual universe combines concept, structure and image through codes that go beyond trends. And secondly, its fashion transcends products, translating conceptuality into a universe that has become a benchmark to those who dare to challenge conventions. The aesthetic codes of the brand have influenced generations of creative minds through manifestos of cultural emancipation that embrace the broadest aspects of life. In conclusion, Prada is an expression of society: whenever society changes, it evolves accordingly. What’s simple and classic is distorted and reconsidered in the tireless search of new perspectives. A state-of-the-art laboratory grounded on the values of instinct and cultural inclination.
